HR Generalist (12-Month FTC) - Hybrid

Care in Mind is seeking an experienced People/HR Adviser for a 12-month maternity cover. The role is full-time with hybrid working (2 days in Stockport, 3 from home).

You will advise on policies, manage ER caseloads, support recruitment, onboarding and training, and work with senior leaders to drive employee engagement. The position requires CIPD qualification progress or membership, strong employment-law knowledge, and excellent communication and data analysis skills suitable for a healthcare
