HR Generalist - Hybrid Role with Growth & Training

Cpl Group in north County Cork is recruiting an HR Generalist to join the HR team. You will report to the HR Manager and cover a wide remit across the site, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and coordinating training programs.

The successful candidate will hold a 3rd level degree in HR or related discipline with 2-3+ years of HR experience, proven IT and HR reporting skills, and a valid driving car.
