HR Generalist - Biotech, Hybrid in Central London

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an HR Coordinator for its Central London team. The role supports managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Director of HR.

The position offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' generalist HR advisory experience, is CIP qualified or studying, and possesses strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
