Job Description

We are looking for an HR Director for the Dublin site who will shape the future of our people, culture and business performance. This role partners with senior leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, talent development and employee engagement at a key international manufacturing site.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
  • Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team, driving organisational performance and transformation.
  • Lead talent, succession and leadership development initiatives that build future capability.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and a strong speak up culture.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation and Ipsen policies.
  • Drive excellence across core HR processes, including performance, compensation and talent reviews.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Reward and Internal Communications.
  • Use people insights and workforce analytics to inform strategic decision making.
  • Lead and develop a high performing HR team.
Qualifications

Senior HR leadership experience within a complex, international organisation; proven ability to partner with senior leaders in manufacturing, biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments; strong expertise in organisational design, talent management, employee relations and change leadership; proven influence and coaching skills; excellent communication and relationship building; data driven mindset; experience leading teams and driving cultural transformation in fast paced environments.
