We're looking for a forward-thinking HR Data Manager to lead the way in transforming how we manage, analyse and trust our people data-driving innovation, automation and insight across the entire employee journey.

- Champion data governance across all HR systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal standards.
- Lead data quality initiatives including audits, cleansing projects and the introduction of verification rules and data dictionaries.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on workforce trends, diversity, attrition and other strategic HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Oversee data flows and integrations between Oracle Fusion, Cornerstone and other platforms, ensuring seamless and secure data exchange.
- Ensure HR data handling meets GDPR and internal security policies, working closely with Legal, InfoSec and Audit teams.
- Manage role-based access controls and support data-related governance documentation such as DPIAs.
- Lead and develop a small team of HR Data Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Build strong relationships across HR, IT, Finance and the wider business to promote a data-driven mindset.
- Introduce automation and AI-powered solutions to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
What you will need
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR data management, HRIS reporting or analytics, ideally within a large and complex organisation.
- Proficiency in HR data tools and business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik.
- A strong grasp of HR data models, governance principles and GDPR requirements.
- Experience in extracting, integrating and reporting on data from multiple HR systems, including Oracle Fusion and Cornerstone.
- A track record of delivering advanced analytics, predictive modelling and workforce planning scenarios.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Power Platform to simplify high-volume reporting, automate processes and develop insightful dashboards.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to distil complex data into clear, meaningful insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership experience, with a focus on coaching, developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.
- A customer-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement and high service standards.
Qualifications:
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Analytics, HR Management, Information Systems or a related field.
- A professional qualification in HR (e.g. CIPD) or Data Analytics (e.g. CBIP) is desirable.
- Willingness to work towards recognised Oracle or other relevant data certifications.
