HR Data Analyst Intern

Mantu is seeking an HR Data Analyst Intern to join our People Analytics team in Barcelona, Spain.

This internship offers the opportunity to work with real HR data, contribute to decision-making, and develop strong foundations in data automation, structuring, and visualization.

Your responsibilities

Under the supervision of a data lead and within a dynamic team, you will contribute to:

• Building or improving HR dashboards (Power BI), including training follow-up, turnover, absenteeism, and performance

• Participating in the automation of reporting flows using Power Automate, VBA, or Python

• Querying databases (SQL) to extract, clean, and structure HR data

• Creating simple analytical tools for non-technical HR teams

• Working on a transversal project (e.g., data scraping POC, automated connectors)

• Documenting your work to ensure reproducibility and handover

Your profile

• You are a student in engineering, business school, or university with a focus on data, BI, or computer science

• You are proficient in SQL and advanced Excel, and you have a good grasp of Power BI

• You have basic knowledge of Python (pandas, scripting, API usage) or are willing to improve in this area

• You are curious, organized, and enjoy making data understandable and actionable

• A first experience in a data project (internship, freelance, or personal project) is a plus
