HR Coordinator: Shape & Grow the People Function (Office)

Thompson Contracts (Blackpool) Limited is seeking an organised HR Coordinator to run day-to-day HR administration, support managers, and keep people processes running smoothly in a dynamic business.

You'll own HR records, contracts, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and absence tracking, while coordinating with an external HR partner. This role is office-based initially with potential hybrid flexibility as the business grows.
