Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support HR operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records and database management.
- Assist with compliance requirements such as DBS checks and other safeguarding procedures.
- Help facilitate onboarding processes for new staff members.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as required, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide a high standard of customer service.
About you:
- Previous experience in HR coordination or administration roles, ideally within a compliance led capacity.
- Familiarity with compliance procedures, including DBS checks.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, approachable and empathetic in dealing with staff and external partners.
- An understanding of HR policies and procedures, with a professional attitude towards confidentiality and safeguarding.
- Proactive, reliable, and keen to support a team in a busy environment.
