HR Compliance & Governance Advisor (12-Month)

KCGroup is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract in the West Midlands. The role sits in the People team, delivering HR compliance and governance across the organisation and guiding colleagues on key compliance matters. You will also support junior team members and help improve HR processes.
