About the Role

We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner, Recruitment & Reward to join our Human Resources team reporting to our Group Head of Human Resources. Our Human Resources team is a fast-paced, high-impact function built on a strong sense of togetherness.

As HR Business Partner, Recruitment & Reward you will:

  • Partner with leaders and managers to attract, retain and develop talent aligned to organisational needs.
  • Lead a high-quality, compliant recruitment service, including line management of the HR coordination and administration team, with a strong focus on candidate experience and safer recruitment practices, ensuring full compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and effective management of the Single Central Record (SCR).
  • Develop policy and write reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Provide expert HR support across recruitment, reward, systems and the wider employee lifecycle.
  • Use data and insight to inform workforce planning and drive retention.
  • Lead HR projects and support organisational change to deliver strategic objectives; a key project for the next 12 months will be supporting the procurement and implementation of a new HR System for Payroll and Recruitment.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a proactive, resilient HR professional, someone who can hit the ground running, ideally with experience in a sector that has regulatory requirements for compliance and safeguarding, such as education, social care or local government.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced setting, build strong relationships at all levels and bring a strategic, data-driven approach to recruitment, reward and workforce planning. With a strong commitment to compliance, safeguarding and inclusion, you'll be confident communicating at the highest levels, leading change, driving improvement and delivering high-quality HR support that enhances both colleague and organisational outcomes.
