HR Business Partner (People Excellence)

An exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner (People Excellence) to join a leading pharmaceutical company in Waterford on an initial 12 month contract. This role offers the chance to influence employee experience and support organizational growth, working closely with senior leadership and HR teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• As the HR Business Partner (People Excellence), you will lead the local implementation of the company's global People Strategy, ensuring high standards of employee experience and organizational excellence.
• As the HR Business Partner (People Excellence), you will partner with business leaders, Centres of Expertise, and HR teams to implement people initiatives that support business objectives.
• As the HR Business Partner (People Excellence), you will support talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to foster a high-performing workforce.
• As the HR Business Partner (People Excellence), you will manage employee relations, including grievance resolutions and ensuring compliance with Irish legislation.
• As the HR Business Partner (People Excellence), you will oversee performance management processes, organizational change, and employee lifecycle initiatives.

Role Requirements

• A Degree or higher level in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience, considerable previous HR experience interacting with senior stakeholders, and managing complex employee relations and organizational change.
• Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Exercise independent judgement with strong attention to detail.
