HR Business Partner (FTC) - Change Maker & Belonging Champion

So Energy is seeking a People Business Partner to become a subject matter expert for the business units, using data and reporting to advise leadership, coach managers and drive change aligned with our values.

You'll build organisational capability, manage talent and organisational design, lead employee relations where needed, support recruitment and secondments, and partner with ESB to strengthen the collaborative approach across the business.
