Based in Dublin, Ireland, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders and teams to deliver a forward thinking, customer focused HR partnering service that genuinely supports the business and its people. The HR Business Partner helps shape engaging employee experiences, supports organisational change, and partners with the business to drive performance, capability, and a culture where everyone can do their best work. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands on delivery, combining strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Leading functional HR partnering: Lead the Business Partner agenda across designated Functions, working autonomously and confidently with leaders and Leadership Teams to shape and deliver functional People & Organisation strategies and initiatives that support business goals.
- Aligning people plans with business priorities: Collaborate closely with people managers across assigned business areas, translating operational and strategic priorities into practical, people focused HR solutions that strengthen delivery, engagement, and results.
- Coaching and challenging for great leadership: Coach and confidently challenge managers and teams to embed consistent leadership behaviours, build capability, and increase accountability-while role modelling and reinforcing Kellanova's values and ways of working.
- Delivering core HR programmes: Support designated business areas with the rollout of centrally led initiatives such as Talent Management, Performance Management Processes (PMP), Individual Development Plans (IDPs), reward and recognition frameworks, career and succession planning, and annual salary review processes, ensuring a clear and positive employee experience.
- Acting as a trusted and credible advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, providing practical, confident guidance across a wide range of HR matters including employee relations, performance management, organisational change, and HR best practice, always balancing people needs with business outcomes.
- The ability to operate stand alone with minimal support or direction.
- Experience working as an HR professional in a customer focused, commercially driven HR partnering role.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent (or actively working towards one) preferred.
- A high level of PC skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence, challenge, and partner effectively at all levels.
