Artis HR are supporting a well-established, high-profile organisation to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner on a 9-month fixed-term maternity cover. This is a broad, hands-on HR role across a fast-paced, people-focused environment with Bristol-based hybrid working.

The role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused advice across the employee lifecycle, covering ER, recruitment, policy, learning and development, performance and wider projects.
