Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. You will work closely with managers and employees to deliver strategic and operational HR support, helping to build a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. This role plays a key part in supporting business objectives through effective people management, employee engagement, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance processes.
  • Advise on employment legislation, HR policies, and best practice.
  • Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational change.
  • Promote employee engagement, wellbeing, and learning initiatives.
  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accurate HR records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards accreditation is desirable.
  • Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.

This is an initial 15-month contract, offering a hybrid working week. Salary is in the region of €50 - €62,000 depending on experiences and qualifications with additional perks offered also. For further information, please email me directly at
