HR Business Partner6 Month FTC - To start ASAPSalary: £50,000 - £60,00Elevation HR are proud to be working with a well-known Northern business who are seeking an interim HR Business Partner for a 6 month FTC! The role of HR Business Partner will support and deliver an number of key projects, as well as coaching and mentoring, ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery.

As a HR Business Partner, you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders ensuring they are supported, coached and fully facilitated through a period of change. You will deliver comprehensive HR and business consultation in a commercial and strategically focused manner.

Ideally you will be:

• An experienced HR Business Partner having worked with large matrix organisations
• Supported or delivered on major change projects
• Experienced in TUPE
• Level 5 CIPD Qualified or above

the role will be hybrid and can be based in either Leeds or York with some travel across the region.
