Initial 3 months - with possibility to permanent

Location - either London or Manchester but they would have to travel in between the two, Some days working from home for sure

Expensed reimbursed for the travel to the other offices

Rate: £500 - £650+ p/d inside IR35

Interview process- one stage interview, Need someone this side of Christmas

Industry doesn't matter, as long as their come from a B2B technology lead organisation

Role Purpose

This is a temporary/fixed-term senior HR Business Partner opportunity, ideal for a proven HR professional with a track record in transformation, stakeholder management, and commercial HR delivery. The successful candidate will be expected to make an immediate impact, managing multiple priorities and supporting the business through a defined period of change. Flexibility, adaptability, and a results-driven approach are essential.

What We're Looking For:

• A proven leader with a strong record in driving HR strategy in fast-paced environments, with a strong emphasis on change and transformation.
• The candidate for this role will need to be flexible and happy to travel and show an onsite presence
• Extensive experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or Head of HR.
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to deliver business focused.
• Tenacity and resilience - used to working in agile and transformational environments.
• Exceptional project management skills, with experience in large-scale mobilations, TUPE regulations and organisational change.
• Strong influencing and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at every level.
• A desire for continuous learning and growth, supported by a degree and CIPD qualification.
• With a focus on transformation Technical services is our 2nd biggest business areas, lots of engineers run through an operations centre based in Manchester
• There is a big transformation on IT systems/AI/finding more efficient ways of doing stuff
