Job Description

We have an exciting new role available as anHR Business Partner within Sodexo's Corporate Segment. As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with business leaders and the segment HR Director to drive and deliver people strategies that enhance business performance and workforce planning.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will lead on HR initiatives that strengthen the client relationship, support business growth, and ensure the successful implementation of HR practices across designated accounts. This includes managing all aspects of TUPE transfers-conducting due diligence, employee consultations, and ensuring a smooth mobilisation process.

This role will shape the people agenda, enhance employee engagement, and contribute directly to strategic business outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

Drive the delivery of the People Plan, in partnership with Regional and Transversal HR teams

Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing business decisions through a people lens

Build and lead talent and succession strategies aligned with segment goals

Champion L&D initiatives to close capability gaps and foster a continuous learning culture

Lead organisational change and transformation activities

Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and HR policy frameworks

Enhance client HR engagement, contributing to retention and growth of accounts

Lead on HR input into bids and contract renewals

The Ideal Candidate

Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in HR

Proven HR generalist experience with expertise in reward, talent, ER, and change

Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with TUPE processes, including due diligence, consultation, and mobilisation activities

Strong track record in client-facing HR roles within complex, matrix environments

Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skills

Demonstrated capability in workforce planning, OD, and performance management

Commercial acumen and ability to manage HR in a fast-paced, results-driven context

Strong data and analytical mindset for HR metrics and improvement planning

Able to manage priorities and deliver under pressure

Experience in unionised environments
