Looking for a HR role where you can genuinely influence the business?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, premium hospitality group for an experienced HR Business Partner / People Partner to support operational leaders across multiple Dublin locations.

This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, building strong relationships and confidently leading complex employee relations matters in a fast paced environment.

Whether you're looking for a traditional five day week or better work life balance through a four day week, the business is open to discussing both options for the right person.

The Role

You'll partner with operational leaders across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:

• Leading complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and investigations
• Advising and coaching managers on Irish employment law and HR best practice
• Managing ER cases through to conclusion, including WRC preparation where required
• Supporting organisational change, engagement and performance initiatives
• Building trusted relationships with managers while providing confident, commercial HR advice

About You

You'll ideally bring:

• Experience as a HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor
• Strong employee relations experience with confidence managing complex cases independently
• Exposure to WRC cases and Irish employment legislation
• Experience partnering with operational leaders in hospitality, hotels, retail, foodservice or another fast paced, multi site environment
• The confidence to influence, challenge and coach managers where appropriate
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
