HR Business Partner - People & Growth

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a fast-growing operation in the UK. You will guide managers on employee relations, performance, development, and coaching while aligning with company culture and values.

You will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, collaborate with recruitment and onboarding, and drive improvements in people processes and engagement initiatives. This role requires remote collaboration with UK-based teams and a solid understanding of UK
