HR Business Advisor (Change & People Partnering)
We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Advisor to join a major London organisation on an interim basis.
This role sits within a People & Change function and will support the delivery of organisational change, people plans and business-led transformation activity. Working alongside People Partners and Change specialists, you will provide workforce insights, stakeholder support and HR expertise across a range of change assignments.
This opportunity would suit an HR professional with experience supporting organisational change and transformation programmes within a large, complex organisation.
Key Details
• Contract: Until April 2027
• Location: Southwark, London (2-3 days per week in the office, remainder working from home). Attendance may also be required at North Greenwich and Stratford.
• Rate: £256.80 PAYE / £350 Umbrella per day (Inside IR35)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Interview Process: 1-stage interview
Key Responsibilities
• Support organisational change and transformation programmes.
• Support the delivery of people plans and wider HR initiatives.
• Analyse workforce data and provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, change plans, readiness assessments and stakeholder materials.
• Support workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Build strong working relationships across HR and business teams.
• Work closely with specialist HR functions including Employee Relations, L&D and other Centres of Excellence.
Essential Experience
Applications are particularly welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate:
• Recent experience as an HR Business Advisor, HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar role.
• Experience within a large, complex organisation (public or private sector).
• Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, restructures or people change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple business areas.
• Strong analytical capability with experience using workforce data to support decision making.
• Experience presenting data, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with Employee Relations teams and managing complex people issues.
• Exposure to trade unions or highly unionised environments.
Desirable Experience
• Transport, infrastructure, public sector or regulated industry experience.
• Operating model, organisational design or workforce planning experience.
• Power BI, or similar HR systems.
