Reporting into the Chief People Officer, you'll act as a trusted adviser across the full employee lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic HR solutions that support business performance. This is a broad generalist role, combining strategic business partnering with hands on delivery in a fast paced, evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive performance management and support the development of high performing teams.

  • Support organisational design, talent and succession planning initiatives.

  • Review, develop and implement HR policies and people processes.

  • Coach managers to build leadership capability and confidence.

  • Contribute to wider people projects, organisational change initiatives and continuous improvement across the HR function.

About you

We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working closely with the business and building credibility with senior stakeholders.

You'll bring:

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience within a fast paced environment.

  • Strong employee relations expertise.

  • Experience coaching and influencing managers and senior leaders.

  • A track record of delivering people initiatives that support business objectives.

  • A commercially minded, pragmatic approach with the confidence to challenge constructively.

  • The ability to balance strategic partnering with a hands on, delivery focused mindset.

  • Experience within Financial Services or another regulated environment would be highly advantageous.

What's on offer
  • Salary circa £80,000

  • Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office).

  • Flexible location - Leeds, Harrogate, Hove, Midlands or London

  • The opportunity to work closely with an experienced Chief People Officer and play a key role in shaping the People agenda during an exciting period of growth.
