  • Supporting financial performance through the optimization of all social and tax charges, assisting in innovation financing, searching for grants, and managing financial risks.
  • Operational support for all key functions or business transformation projects: Procurement, Digital & IT, Operations & Supply Chain, Transformation.
  • Strengthening cost-saving initiatives (costs, process optimization, etc.) by providing our best experts or relevant outsourcing solutions.

During this V.I.E program, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, such as recruitment and selection, employer branding, onboarding, event organization, and conducting assessments. You will also have the opportunity to lead projects independently and improve talent acquisition processes. The program is tailored to your personal goals: for example, you may find yourself working with the HR team to expand your professional knowledge, or with the executive recruitment team to gain more client-facing experience.


Through training and coaching focused on both personal and professional growth, we will provide optimal support throughout your V.I.E experience.


What will you do?


The program includes 3 rotations, meaning you will work with 3 different EPSA Netherlands companies. Each company has unique talent acquisition and HR projects. You will contribute to our growth by finding, selecting, and engaging talent through personal interviews.

You will play an active role in improving and driving talent acquisition or HR projects and processes that contribute to a positive experience for both candidates and employees. You will follow a training program, attend various courses, and participate in external events.


As a V.I.E at EPSA Netherlands, you have a human-centric mindset and enjoy learning as much as possible over a 2-year period. Moving from one company to another and sharing your knowledge energizes you.


What else?


  • You hold a Master's degree (equivalent to Bac+5/HBO/WO).
  • You are interested in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • You are independent, people-oriented, and have a proactive attitude.
  • You are flexible and able to adapt to succeed in a variety of corporate cultures.
  • You enjoy playing a bridging role between our different companies and are open to developing your talent acquisition skills.
  • Minimum C1 proficiency in both Dutch and English.
