HR & TA Expert

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious luxury retail brand as a HR & TA Expert.

In this role, you'll take the lead on end-to-end recruitment across head office and retail functions, with the chance to get involved in broader generalist HR projects too-perfect for someone who enjoys variety and collaboration.

Salary - £55k
4-5 days a week in Central London - hybrid most weeks 4 days in the office

What I am looking for:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition within a luxury retail environment (essential)
- A passion for sourcing top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Strong relationship-building skills, with confidence working closely with senior stakeholders
- A hands-on approach and flexibility to support some wider HR activities alongside recruitment

Ideally have a CIPD level 5
