Job Description

My client is a leading construction developer with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality residential developments across Dublin and Cork. With a substantial pipeline of projects and continued growth, they are seeking an HR & Recruitment Partner to join their team at their Dublin City Centre head office.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
  • Qualification in HR
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate and site-based positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee induction processes.
  • Support HR administration, employee relations, and people initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention activities.
Salary & Package
