Job Description

Braintree District Council is seeking an HR Support Officer to join our HR team in a fixed-term, full-time role based in Braintree.

You will handle payroll processing, contract production, and recruitment coordination, while managing our HR information system (iTrent) and day-to-day HR administration. The role includes providing first-level HR advice, maintaining accuracy, and building strong relationships with line managers. Hybrid working and the Local Government Pension Scheme are available.
