The HR and administrative assistant will play an important role in the company by managing the company back office and providing support across various HR and other administrative functions. As a right hand to the Chief People & Corporate Officer, the candidate should be organized, self-starting, rigorous and have excellent communication skills. Familiarity with HR transactional and administrative matters in key .
As our HR & admin Assistant your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:
- Handle general HR, administrative, document management and office tasks;
- Manage incoming mail and emails in company's public inboxes;
- Manage group travel booking and accommodations when required;
- Keep company's documents filing and archiving organized ;
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems;
- Assist with recruitment and payroll processes;
- Conduct the new employee onboarding process;
- Maintain employee records and documentations up to date;
- Payroll and benefits administration;
- Support HR initiatives and projects;
- Keep the department's daily operations running smoothly;
- Work with a multicultural and multilingual team.
It's necessary to have:
- Professional or university degree in administrative or HR field
- Relevant experience in small company administration and/or HR administration
- Experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office Pack, Google Suite an advantage
- Understanding of French labor laws
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- English and French speaking and writing at professional level
