HR Analytics & Employee Relations Manager

KPMG Ireland is seeking a HR Manager to join the People Function in Dublin on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role focuses on HR reporting, data analysis and employee relations, working closely with Partners and Performance Managers.

You will manage HR data accuracy, develop reporting processes, support performance development, probation management, and system improvements as we move from SAP to SuccessFactors. A third-level HR degree and 5+ years in a large organisation are preferred.
