HR Advisor Hybrid, Impactful People & OD Partner

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to join our team following an internal promotion, to provide expert HR advice and support to managers across the organisation and contribute to the People & OD Directorate's objectives.

You will build strong relationships, handle employee relations, policy development, and contribute to HR initiatives, with hybrid working across Pennine and Lancashire & South Cumbria as required.
