HR Advisor: Employee Relations & Change Management

City Health Care Partnership CIC in Hull is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert HR advice, supporting the People and Culture team. This role involves advising on employee relations, coaching managers, and delivering training to enhance HR practices within the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience in managing employee relations casework, and excellent communication skills.

This position offers a full-time contract of 12 months covering maternity leave, with a salary range of £39,959 - £48,117 per year.
