Job Description
GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with operating leaders on employee relations, recruitment and people development across a multi-site contract in Crewe.
The role is full-time and permanent, with hours Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00, and line management responsibility for two HR Administrators. You will provide expert guidance on ER matters, support recruitment and onboarding, and collaborate with operational leaders on workforce planning and change initiatives
