We're exclusively recruiting for an HR Advisor to join an award-winning construction organisation with operations across NI, GB and ROI. This is a great opportunity to join a growing HR team, gain exposure across different areas of the business and play a key role in supporting both employees and managers.

The Role

As HR Advisor you will join an established team, supporting the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on Recruitment and ER. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, and you'll have the opportunity to work with different teams and stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities Managing end-to-end recruitmentSupporting careers fairs, mock interviews and recruitment activitiesAdvising managers on employee relations, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and probationSupporting social value and employment initiatives across projectsDeveloping and delivering HR-related trainingSupporting monthly HR reporting across recruitment, training, absence and turnoverSupporting health and wellbeing initiativesAssisting with HR policies and proceduresSupporting the company's wider ESG strategyContributing to Diversity Mark and Investors in People initiativesRegular travel to sites and involvement in careers and community activitiesAbout You

CIPD or relevant qualification
