About the Role

HR Advisor within a not for profit organisation, providing generalist HR support across the business. This is a temporary role that can be full time or part time, with potential to work three days per week for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Director
• Provide generalist HR guidance to managers
• Assist with absence management and probationary issues
• Assist across the HR team as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer
• Ideally CIPD Level 5 or above qualification
• Comfortable using Word, Excel and Outlook
• Highly organised with ability to multitask
• Passionate about people
• Able to commit to a temporary role
