Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on various HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation.
  • Conduct investigations and address employee grievances while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with the firm's strategic goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the delivery of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and employment law changes, providing guidance to the team as necessary.
What They're Looking For
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, preferably within the professional services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices including ER case work.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive approach to HR issues, with a focus on continuous improvement and employee engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
