Our clients is a large professional services business that supports hundreds of thousands of SME's globally with their Finance & People Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert HR advice and guidance to clients on a range of employment law and HR matters, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.
Respond to client queries via phone, email, and other communication channels, delivering clear, concise, and practical solutions.
Support clients with the creation and review of HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and advice provided, ensuring confidentiality and data protection at all times.
Keep up to date with changes in UK employment law and HR best practices, proactively sharing knowledge with clients and colleagues.
Collaborate with other internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in an HR advisory or similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment or a Graduate with a HR related degree.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and provide empathetic, solution-focused advice.
CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable).

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: £25,000 per annum
