£250 per day Inside IR35 via umbrella

Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week

The role will provide HR advice and support to schools across a broad range of employee relations matters. The successful candidate will ideally have public sector and/or schools experience, with a good understanding of school pay scales, policies and the specific HR environment within education.

You'll be providing advice via Teams, telephone and email across areas including:

• Conduct, capability, sickness absence and grievances
• Flexible working and wider employee relations matters
• Employment law and ACAS principles
• Reasonable adjustments and sickness-related cases
• Establishing facts objectively through effective questioning
• Advising schools on appropriate and proportionate next steps
• Developing guidance and resources to help schools become more self-sufficient
