HR Advisor - Hybrid, Wellbeing & Employee Ownership

Carrington Wood is recruiting an experienced HR Advisor to join its busy HR team in Exeter for a full-time permanent role. This hands-on generalist position focuses on employee relations, absence management, policies, compliance and day-to-day HR advisory support.

You'll contribute to recruitment, wellbeing and engagement, use HR data and systems to drive delivery, and build strong relationships with managers. A CIPD Level 5 qualification and at least three years' experience are preferred.
