HR Advisor - Culture & Employee Relations (On-Site)

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR Advisor for the Fashion & Apparel team at the Primark site in Thrapston, UK.

You will provide expert HR guidance to managers across the employee lifecycle and partner with operational leaders to drive engagement, performance and people development, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Reporting to the HR Manager and working on-site Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, you'll support both Warehouse and Transport operations in a fast-paced environment.
