HR Adviser (FTC)
Fixed term contract until May 2027. 80% working from home, 20% from our Head Office in Stratford Upon Avon.
About the roleThe role provides end to end HR advisory and operational support to employees, managers, candidates and third parties. Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver customer service and resolve HR queries.
- Administer HR processes and maintain accurate HR systems and data.
- Continuously improve HR services, processes and self service resources.
- Collaborate cross functionally to provide a seamless employee experience.
- Support learning management, training administration and employee learning records.
- Monitor service performance against agreed service levels.
- Contribute to HR projects, system enhancements, testing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Keep up to date with HR best practice, employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
Essential:
- Strong customer service experience with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Good understanding of HR policies, processes and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent teamwork ability, supportive and collaborative when completing duties.
Desirable:
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) or equivalent HR experience.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience of HR data management and data quality activities.
- Experience using query management or case management systems.
- Exposure to HR systems such as Resource Link, Workday or Oracle.
