HR Adviser - Performance & Attendance Management (Hybrid)

Leicestershire County Council is seeking an experienced HR Adviser - Performance Management to deliver a proactive HR service. You will support managers across service areas, focus on attendance management, address performance concerns, and ensure consistent policy application.
