HR Administrator with Irish

We are looking to hire on behalf of our client, an Educational Institution, a HR Administrator who is able to speak Irish on a temporary full time (35 hrs) contract initially until 31st May with possibility of being extended for an extra 1-2 months.
Provide a high quality administrative and Human Resources support service to the Unit, with responsibility for leave scheme administration, recruitment administration, contracts, payroll processing, and post management. The role involves liaising with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders; preparing accurate documentation, reports, and correspondence; responding to queries in a timely and professional manner; and supporting meetings as required. The post holder is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of monthly HR/Payroll data within Core HR, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. The role requires working independently and as part of a busy team, prioritising competing deadlines, exercising discretion and confidentiality, and consistently delivering a professional, customer focused HR service.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 passes at Leaving Certificate level (or equivalent) or a recognised post Leaving Certificate administrative/office technology qualification.
- At least 1 year relevant employment experience, which demonstrates a high level of administrative support in a demanding office environment.
- Excellent IT skills with proficiency in M/S Office suite.
- Commitment to delivering a high-quality, customer focused service, working in line with organisational policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- The post holder must be self motivated and capable of working on his/her own initiative, be well organised and flexible, capable of prioritising and planning work and responding to urgent requests.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
