HR Administrator (Fixed-Term Contract 9-12 Months)
South Cambs - Cambridgeshire
£26,000 - £29,000 + Benefits
Full Time - 37 hours
Office Based with 1 Day WFH

Our client is a successful, employee-focused business celebrating over 30 years of growth and success. With a strong reputation for developing and promoting talent internally, they are looking to appoint an HR Administrator to join their friendly and collaborative HR team on a fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in HR. Whether you already have HR administration experience or are a recent graduate with strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in Human Resources, this role offers fantastic exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

The Role
Working closely with an experienced HR team, you will support a broad range of HR activities, including:

  • Managing HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Maintaining employee records and updating the HR system
  • Supporting onboarding and new starter processes
  • Coordinating interviews and welcoming candidates on-site
  • Producing HR documentation and correspondence
  • Liaising with external payroll providers to ensure accurate employee data
  • Supporting the wider HR team with projects and day-to-day activities

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

  • Bright, proactive and keen to develop a career in HR
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with people at all levels
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Able to manage a busy and varied workload

Previous HR experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
