HR Administrator

Location: OxfordDuration: 1 Month Salary: £16.22 per hour (umbrella)We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join a dynamic team in the education sector. This temporary role offers the opportunity to play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy of HR data while supporting key administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine HR support activities utilising the HRIS and applicant tracking systems.- Maintain accurate HR data and cleanse employee records.- Organise electronic files and ensure data integrity.- Provide references and reset passwords for the HRIS system.- Log and check absence records, assigning them accordingly.- Update systems following probation reviews and manage standard correspondence.- Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts.- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.- Develop productive working relationships within the team.- Promote the welfare of young people and vulnerable groups.Essential Requirements - Experience in an HR support role or similar environment.- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data management.- Relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience preferred.- Strong organisational and data management skills.- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.- DBS Enhanced check required.
