Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • General

    Supporting HR administration across the business. Assisting the HR team with various project work, creating leaflets and documentation for events such as career fairs and graduate programmes, and distributing personal protective equipment when required.

  • Workday

    Managing and maintaining personnel records, ensuring accurate information and relevant documentation. Facilitating employee benefits enrolment, adding and terminating employees, recording absences, and handling return to work procedures.

  • Recruitment & Onboarding

    Assisting the recruitment team with onboarding activities, creating induction documents, verifying right to work checks, maintaining visa compliance, managing the probationary review process, and supporting new hires during their first weeks.

  • Training

    Supporting the annual appraisal process, coordinating training requests, liaising with external providers, updating certifications in Workday, and sending training invitations and reminders.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • GCSE qualifications, including Math and English.
  • Previous experience with Workday.
  • Experience in an administrative role.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Organisational and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Prioritisation and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
