HR Administrator

SimoTech is seeking adetail oriented and proactive HRAdministrator to join our growing team. This role will provideessential administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuringHR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance withcompany policies and employment legislation.

The HR Administrator will workclosely with HR, Payroll, and Hiring Managers, supporting both day to dayoperations and wider people initiatives.

This position is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis.

KeyResponsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across the employeelifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contract changes, and offboarding
  • Prepare and issue employment documentation such ascontracts, offer letters, amendments, and confirmation letters
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee recordswithin HR systems and personnel files
  • Assist with payroll administration by ensuring timelyand accurate submission of employee data and changes
  • Support benefits administration, including pensionenrolment, risk benefits, and employee queries
  • Coordinate training records, compliance documentation,and certification tracking and provide ad-hoc support for corporate event organization (townhalls,Christmas initiatives etc.)
  • Assist with HR reporting, audits, and data requests asrequired
  • Ensure HR processes comply with employmentlegislation, GDPR, and internal policies
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for HR relatedqueries from employees and managers
  • Support with employer branding initiatives and managesocial media content for the organization, including the creation andscheduling of LinkedIn posts
Requirements Key Requirements
  • Third level qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 1-3 years' experience in an HR administration or HR support role
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience maintaining HR systems and confidential employee data
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
