Temporary HR Administrator 3-6 months Liverpool

Your new company
I am currently working in partnership with a well-established manufacturing client who is seeking a Temporary HR Administrator to join their team for an initial period of 3 to 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to support a busy HR function during a period of growth and transition.
Your new role

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across all HR activities
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files
  • Support payroll processing and absence management
  • Prepare reports and assist with compliance and audit requirements
  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
