We are hiring a Temporary HR Administrator (1 month contract) for our client in the manufacturing industry based in Fermoy, Co. Cork.

This role would be perfect for recent HRcollege graduate looking to gain hands on HR & recruitment experience.

Hours - 8am-5:30pm Mon Thurs & 8am-5pm Fri

Key duties & responsibilities

• Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates & scheduling interviews
• Assisting with onboarding and induction for temporary staff
• Update candidate/employee records on HR system
• HR administration tasks such as filing, document management & HR correspondence
• HR/recruitment duties as required by management.

What are we looking for?

• HR/Recruitment Graduate OR 1-2 years HR/Recruitment experience
• Strong IT/computer skills - proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in own initiative and be a team player
• Willingness to learn & take instruction
• Attention to detail imperative.
