HR Administration Apprentice - Funded CIPD Path, Hybrid

phs Group is offering an HR Administrator Apprentice role in Caerphilly. You will gain hands-on experience across HR while studying towards a CIPD qualification, fully funded by the business.

The role supports recruitment, onboarding, DSAR handling and HR data management under guidance from experienced HR professionals. This position emphasises data protection, GDPR compliance and employee lifecycle processes, with a view to progression into HR Advisor roles.
