HR Administration & Payroll Lead (Hybrid)

DFTO in London is seeking an experienced HR Administration Lead to manage a team delivering compliant HR and payroll services. You will govern employment documentation, ensure payroll accuracy, and drive policy compliance and continuous improvement.

You will work across HR, Payroll, Finance and Legal, manage secondments, and mentor a team through complex processes while maintaining high governance and data protection standards. This role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.
