This is a *Exeter* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *leading complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish.*

We re looking for an Employee Relations Partner to provide expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability, attendance and workplace investigations, while supporting managers with practical, legally compliant HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Employee Relations cases from start to finish.
• Advise managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice.
• Coach leaders to effectively manage people issues.
• Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across ER processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and support organisational change.

Essential Experience

• Extensive Employee Relations casework experience.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience handling complex and sensitive employee matters.
• Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
